College Comm TipsWhy you may ask? It's a heck of a lot cheaper. After spending two exciting years at a junior college, I proceeded to transfer all of my credits to a four-year University. You can spend around 17 or 18 thousand living one year of the University life, while a community college will cost you a fourth of that. Of course it is great to get that college education under your belt, but you certainly want everyone to recognize your school. When I began searching for a University to attend, I wanted to find one of the top ranked colleges in the state. You can find some of the top ranked colleges simply by surfing the net. As children grow out of their little pants and are ready to begintheir teens, many parents wonder if they should continue with the homeschooling program. Many fears of this kind were put to rest when 2 homeschooled boys got admission into Harvard. College is designed as a place where you can try new things. Take at least one class per quarter or semester that’s just for personal enrichment. So, take advantage of opportunities to try courses in areas you’ve never tried, but always wanted to.
